Pinewood Lodge Apartments

One and two bedroom apartments are available at Pinewood Lodge.

One bedroom starting from 534 sq. ft. with rent starting at $537 per month.
Two bedrooms from 679 to 1080 sq. ft. with rent starting at $645 per month.
Handicapped apartments – A limited number of specially designed one bedroom handicapped apartments are available. Starting from 534 sq. ft. with rent starting at $537 per month.

Our apartments come with full kitchens that include wooden cabinetry, a refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, range with a self-cleaning oven and disposal. Each apartment has it's own heating and air conditioning controls. The building has a controlled access entry system.

Apartments on the first floor have nine foot ceilings, while those on the third floor have walk in bay windows, providing extra square footage. The views of the mountains are great on the west side and the views out over the large landscaped lawns to the east are quiet and inviting

For most of your laundry needs, each apartment has a washer & dryer hook-up. This means you can have a stacked unit right in your apartment. Your choice is to purchase or rent a unit that will fit your needs.

Each apartment has walk-in closets. In addition, an enclosed storage space is provided for each resident in the lower level of the building.
